You probably cannot connect because the login details have been entered incorrectly in your newsreader. The most common mistake is with the password. It is best to enter the password manually because copy/paste often copies invisible characters and spaces. Do not use spaces, and be careful with capital letters as the password is case sensitive.
Check that too many connections are set up in your newsreader.
Is your account still active? You can view this in My Eweka.
It can sometimes help to close and restart the newsreader after a configuration change.
If necessary, remove the newsreader and install it again.
