Resolving Error 502: Access Denied to Your Node

If you are experiencing Error 502: Access Denied to Your Node when using Eweka's Usenet service, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Verify Login Credentials
Ensure that your username and password are correctly entered in your newsreader. It is best to manually input your password instead of copying and pasting, as invisible characters may be introduced. Keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive.

  2. Check Connection Limits
Make sure that the number of connections configured in your newsreader does not exceed the maximum allowed by Eweka.

  3. Confirm Account Status
Log in to your My Eweka account to verify that your subscription is active and there are no issues affecting your access.

  4. Restart Your Newsreader
If you have made any configuration changes, restart your newsreader to apply the updates properly.

  5. Reinstall Your Newsreader
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall your newsreader. This resets configurations to their default settings, which may help resolve the problem.

Following these troubleshooting steps will help restore access to Eweka's Usenet service and eliminate the Error 502 issue.
